Dr. Singer’s journey began in the small town of McKeesport, PA, outside of Pittsburgh. There, he discovered his calling during a volunteer experience at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Dental Clinic. What started as simple curiosity transformed into passion as he witnessed how positive dental experiences could shape children’s attitudes toward healthcare.
During his nearly three years volunteering at Children’s Hospital, Dr. Singer was drawn to pediatric dentistry’s unique challenges and rewards. He valued children’s honesty and appreciation, enjoying the opportunity to transform what might be a frightening experience into something positive.
This formative experience inspired him to pursue specialized training. After graduating cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate studies, he continued to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where he served as president of the Alpha Omega dental fraternity.He then completed his pediatric dental residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, where he distinguished himself as Chief Resident.
Throughout his education, Dr. Singer sought opportunities to serve children in need, participating in community outreach programs and taking leadership roles in the student chapter of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. These experiences reinforced his commitment to making quality dental care accessible and enjoyable for all children.
